A shared 38 sqm tropical pool forms the social and visual heart of Tropical Condo—a place for quiet mornings, afternoon swims, and the gentle rhythm of life outdoors.

Areguling moves at its own pace: dry green hills, long empty beaches, surf that draws people from across the world, small cafés, and villages where daily life still sets the rhythm. Tropical Condo sits within this landscape rather than above it.
